Every engagement begins with the Palm Fresh Five-Point Review. We arrive, we read the kitchen, and we hand back a written diagnostic before we propose a single change. The Review is the first deliverable of every engagement — and the reason the engagements that follow are precise.
What exists, what's written down, and what only lives in someone's head. The gap between the three is usually where the kitchen is losing money.
Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. We document where the kitchen meets the standard, where it doesn't, and what changes when the next inspection arrives.
